Stretchtraveler is a vacation planning tool that helps users maximise their paid time off (PTO) by identifying optimal trip windows based on public holidays, weekends, and user-defined parameters. The Service provides trip suggestions, planning tools, and links to third-party travel booking partners.
Stretchtraveler does not sell travel directly. Booking links and recommendations are provided via affiliate partners. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Holiday and public holiday data is sourced from public datasets and may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify public holiday dates with official sources before making travel arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stretchtraveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any missed travel opportunities, financial losses, or costs resulting from reliance on trip suggestions generated by the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
